How do I cancel my Pro subscription? iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Spendly → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the period ends.
Does the free trial automatically charge me? Yes — the 7-day trial converts to your selected plan unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel from day one and still use all Pro features for the full 7 days.
Where does my data live? In your own iCloud private database. I (and any server I run) cannot read your projects, expenses, or receipt images. The only exception: if you turn on Cloud OCR (Pro), receipt images are sent to my proxy server over HTTPS, processed by Google Gemini, and immediately discarded — never stored.
Can I export all my data? Yes — Menu → Data → "Export everything". You get a zip with CSV files for every project, expense, and income entry, plus all receipt images.
Can I delete all my data? Yes — Menu → Data → "Delete all data". Wipes everything, including your iCloud copy on other devices within a few minutes.
The OCR misread my receipt — what now? Tap any field in the review screen to edit it. The original photo is saved with the expense — you can re-check it anytime. If a particular vendor consistently misreads, email me and I'll add it to the tuning set.
My receipt is sideways in the Excel export. Make sure you're on the latest version (1.0.0+). Earlier builds had an EXIF orientation bug that's now fixed.
